Jbilet Winselwan CM2 Carbonaceous Meteorite
The Jbilet Winselwan meteorite is a carbonaceous chondrite of the CM2 type. This is a meteorite type that has been of great scientific interest for several decades and includes many famous meteorite names. As with most CM2 meteorites the stones are nearly black with scattered chondrules. Metal is found only rarely in these stones. Many pieces of Jbilet Winselwan have a fresh black fusion crust.
