Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only. The Meteorite Exchange, Inc. is not responsible financially for USPS shipping delays.

International Customers are required to fill out an Insurance Recipient Affidavit for any Lost, Stolen or Damaged Parcels to receive any refund. International shipments can take a week or longer than quoted by USPS for delivery.

Free shipping is not valid on international orders.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday depending upon the weather.

Orders normally ship the next business day depending upon the weather.

There may be shipping delays due to snow in the Winter.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS FEES

You may have to pay customs fees (tariff, taxes, duties.) for final delivery of your order. We have no way of knowing what these fees may be. Please contact your Customs for more information. We can not mark your orders as “gift items” because we are an online retail business. If you refuse or return your order, we do not refund any shipping charges or customs fees you may have incurred.
