NWA 7466 is a member of the achondrite family of stone meteorites. It is a Monomict Eucrite which means that the meteorite is made of clasts from a single eucrite source. NWA 7466 is a very attractive rock and there is not very much of it. The meteorite was purchased from a Moroccan dealer in 2012 and only 25 pieces with a weight of 1216 grams are known. It is quite fresh material made of medium grained basaltic eucrite clasts and it is only a slightly shocked meteorite.
