NWA 4482 Pallasite Meteorite
NWA 4482 is a main group pallasite type meteorite. NWA 4482 was purchased in Tagounite, Morocco in August of 2006. Magnetic fragments of NWA 4482 were recovered containing yellowish-green silicates in a dark brown matrix. Large olivine crystals are present with some fresh metal though most of the metal has weathered to iron hydroxides.
