Dar al Gani (DaG) 1058 Lunar Meteorite
Find / Fall: Found – 1998

Classification: Lunar (feldspathic breccia)
Total Known Weight: 1815g
Dar al Gani 1058 was found in 1998 very near the spot of the recovery of DaG 400. Upon analysis DaG 1058 was determined to also be a lunar feldspathic breccia, the two are likely paired. DaG 1058 was quite a large stone weighing 1815 grams with the beautiful white and gray clasts typical of this type lunar meteorite. There are few meteorites more rare and desirable than those originating from the Moon. We are offering nice very thin cut slices in a variety of sizes. These will make an excellent addition to any collection and nothing beats being able to hold a piece of the Moon.
